All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines: Rabies, Bordetella, and DA2PP (also known as DHPP or DHLPP).

Puppies can start daycare at 4 months old, as long as they are fully vaccinated. We recommend waiting about 2 weeks after their final round of vaccines before enrolling. Additionally, all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.

A temperament test helps us evaluate your dog’s personality and behavior around other dogs. We look for signs of aggression, fear, anxiety, or excessive timidness—traits that could impact safety in a group setting. The assessment takes about 2 hours, and if your pup is enjoying their visit, they’re welcome to stay up to 5 hours for free during their evaluation day.

A temperament test is required before joining daycare to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for your dog—and every dog in our care. The evaluation helps us identify behaviors such as aggression, fear, or high anxiety that could lead to unsafe situations for dogs or staff. Since not every dog thrives in a busy, social setting, this test allows us to determine whether group play is the right fit for your pup or if a different type of care would be more appropriate.

During the assessment, we observe how your dog greets others, engages in play, responds to correction, and handles various levels of stimulation. This helps us reduce the risk of conflict and make thoughtful decisions about group placement.

Best of all, temperament tests at our facility are completely free and include up to 5 hours of supervised play, giving your pup a chance to ease in comfortably and build confidence.

We require dogs to attend daycare before their first boarding stay to ensure a safe, low-stress, and successful experience for both your pup and our team. Daycare visits allow your dog to become familiar with our staff, environment, and daily routine, which helps reduce anxiety, especially for first-time boarders.

Since boarding often includes group play, it’s important that each dog is social, well-adjusted, and comfortable around others. Daycare gives us the opportunity to observe your pup in a supervised setting and confirm they're a good fit.

Dogs who’ve spent time in daycare tend to settle in more quickly and feel more at ease during overnight stays, making their boarding experience smoother and more enjoyable.

We maintain a ratio of approximately 1 handler for every 12 dogs. This ensures better supervision, quicker response to issues, and more individualized attention for each pup.

Playgroups are organized based on size and temperament to create a safe and positive play environment for all dogs.

  • Socialization: Regular interaction with other dogs and people builds confidence and social skills.
  • Exercise: Active play keeps dogs physically healthy and helps burn off excess energy.
  • Mental Stimulation: Interactive play, socialization, and enrichment activities prevent boredom and destructive behavior.
  • Peace of Mind: Our trained staff ensures a safe, fun environment while you’re away.
  • Reduced Anxiety: Consistent social interaction can help ease separation anxiety and loneliness.

If your pup will be eating with us, please bring their food in a labeled container. We can administer medication and supplements as instructed. For example, if they take a probiotic once a day, we recommend packing that with their food! To keep items safe, we ask that you leave toys, beds, and other personal belongings at home.

It’s completely normal for your dog to behave a little differently after a full day of daycare! Group play is both physically and mentally stimulating, so don’t be surprised if your pup comes home and heads straight for a nap—or sleeps more than usual the following day. That just means they had a fun, active day.

While we provide fresh water throughout the day, your dog may drink more than usual once they get home. Some pups may also have a bigger appetite after burning off extra energy.

You might notice your dog is calmer and more relaxed at home—this is one of the many benefits of consistent daycare!

For safety reasons, we do not allow in-person tours of the playrooms while dogs are present. However, you can view photos of our facility on our online gallery.

To accommodate all our furry guests, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. You can cancel by phone, email, or through the customer portal. We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us if something unexpected arises.

What Our Clients Say

“Mandy is amazing with dogs! She helped me to train my dog really quickly. She provides great customer service, and works quickly and efficiently!”

– Lisa Page

Mandy was great! I have been a Dog owner for years but adopted two puppies who needed some extra one on one attention for consistency in behavior and listening. My dogs were different animals after only 3 sessions. I’ve been able to take what we learned and continue to work with them on my own. It’s not just dog training- it’s people training. So the owners know the how and what to do when it comes to training. My dogs don’t bark or move when other dogs pass by, they sit and stay very well and I feel 100% confident in their behavior when out in public spaces. They walk like champs and sit at every corner automatically. Mandy is great and highly recommend.

Jennifer Walchil Client

I contacted Amanda when my pup wouldn’t stop pulling on walks and jump all over people as soon as they walked through the door. Anderson fell in love with her right away and she was able to teach me how to correct him. He’s been doing so much better and we can enjoy our walks now!! I’m grateful to Amanda and would recommend her to anyone!

Kathy Miczko Client

We worked with Amanda when our very hyper puppy was getting the best of us. She was so patient and positive during the process. Each week, we focused on one particular skill, whether that was heeling, laying down, sitting at corners on walks, staying, or door manners. After each session, our pup was usually sleeping--a reward for everyone!
